Subcontractor is responsible for providing but not limited to the following:

• Layout for concrete pad only (preset corners by others)
• Form and place continuous footings/spread footings including all necessary excavation and ground prep work
• Rebar, wall ties, and all reinforcing materials for all footings
• Fine grade fill sand (provided by others), provide/install 10mil vapor retarder, install 1.4 wwm, provide/set formwork, provide/install wire mesh and all reinforcing materials, and provide/place/finish 4” 3500 psi concrete for slab-on-grade
• Slab-on-grade must meet finish requirements of (FF) 40 +/-5 – (FL) +/-5 to be tested by certified concrete testing agency
• Saw cut control joints for slab-on-grade using early entry saw
• Install miscellaneous embeds including but not limited to angle iron, anchor bolts, weld plates (provided by others)
• Remove forms and clean up job site of Trade’s materials and trash
