Subcontractor is responsible for providing the following:

• Material and installation of all trees, shrubs, plants, grass, topsoil and mulch per landscape plan
• All pipe, electrical materials and hookup for irrigation lines per plans/specs

All sprinkler heads and fittings per plans/specs
