Subcontractor is responsible for providing but not limited to the following:

• INVENTORY metal building package to ensure no damage or missing pieces
• Provide all necessary hoisting equipment and labor required to erect metal pieces.
• Install weathertight roof system per manufacturer’s specification
• Furnish all welding equipment
• Install door frames and doors per plans
• Install siding and gutter system per plans
• Install front awning and site door awning per plans
• Coordinate roof warranty inspection with GC if required
• Caulk all necessary metal to insure water tightness
• Building Erector is responsible for tightening all bolts in order to pass inspection
• Daily cleanup of Trade’s material and trash
